These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website koreanhoon.com and all related services provided by Everyday Korean Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

All content, materials, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with the Services are owned by or licensed to the Company. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Certain Services require payment. By purchasing a subscription or course, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase. All fees are quoted in the currency indicated at checkout.
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with the Services, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at hi@everydaykorean.org. Refunds shall be calculated on a pro-rata (daily) basis from the total fee paid, less the amount corresponding to the period used. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval.
Free workshops are offered for promotional and educational purposes. The Company reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any free workshop at its discretion. Registration for a free workshop does not create any obligation or entitlement to paid Services.
Members are expected to interact respectfully within any community features (e.g., group classes, forums, messaging groups). The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any Member who violates community standards or engages in harassment, spam, or disruptive behavior.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific learning outcome will be achieved.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide at least 7 days' notice before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Company's jurisdiction. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
